FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
San Juan, Puerto Rico - November 24, 2025 — Bluewater DeLites LLC, a subsidiary of AMASS Ayiti Inc., officially launches operations, marking a major step toward revitalizing aquaculture, food security, and sustainable economic development across Puerto Rico and the broader Caribbean Basin.
Bluewater DeLites focuses on high-value aquaculture production in autonomous bio-secure waste-to-energy facilities, invasive-species harvesting, agro-industrial conservation processing, and the development of clean, efficient, water-based food systems.
The company aims to create local jobs, restore domestic food production, build food security thru agro-industrial conservation processing, strengthen regional supply chains, defend biodiversity, and establish Puerto Rico as a world-class model for affordable, innovative, sustainable, profit-sharing, community-driven food production and processing.
“This launch represents a powerful beginning,” said Larry Aden, Head of Operations for Bluewater DeLites in Puerto Rico. “Our team is committed to building an industry that creates real opportunity for local families while supporting long-term ecological health.”
As a mission-aligned subsidiary of AMASS Ayiti Inc.—an assurance mutual association focused on sustainable development—Bluewater DeLites will direct a biblical portion of its profits toward community programs in Puerto Rico, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and the broader Caribbean Basin.
The initiative will expand in phases across 2026, including hatchery development, processing capacity, and regional distribution partnerships.
