about AMASS

Who We Are
AMASS Ayiti, Inc. — short for Assurance Mutual Association for a Sustainable Society — is a multi-region development organization building sustainable economies across the Caribbean Basin and diaspora.
Rooted in shared history, culture, and opportunity, AMASS connects communities, resources, and capital across borders to drive long-term economic growth and environmental restoration.
Incorporated as a Florida Not-for-Profit Corporation, AMASS operates through a growing regional network including AMASS Ayiti (Haiti), AMASS Ayiti Dominicana (Dominican Republic), AMASS Puerto Rico, AMASS Canada, and AMASS United States — all advancing a unified vision of food security, water access, renewable energy, and economic empowerment.
Together, we are building a scalable model for development that is locally driven and globally supported.
What We Do
AMASS develops integrated systems that generate real economic activity, strengthen communities, and restore natural resources. Our work spans:
Sustainable Agriculture
Developing high-yield, climate-resilient farming systems using improved genetics, intercropping, and scalable production models.
Agroforestry Systems
Integrating trees, crops, and livestock to optimize land use, restore soil health, increase biodiversity, and build long-term resilience.
Aquaculture & Protein Systems
Deploying innovative aquaculture solutions to produce sustainable protein, generate income, and support ecosystem restoration.
Water Production & Management
Expanding access to clean drinking water through affordable technologies, distribution systems, and ongoing quality monitoring.
Renewable Energy & Waste-to-Energy
Implementing decentralized energy systems, including bioenergy and waste conversion, to power communities sustainably.
Economic Development & Employment
Creating jobs through production systems, cooperative participation, and locally anchored enterprises across multiple regions.
Equipment Manufacturing & Distribution
Designing and assembling affordable tractors, utility vehicles, and equipment to support agriculture, logistics, and rural development.
Community Infrastructure & Development
Investing in education, infrastructure, and access to essential resources to strengthen long-term community stability.
Our Vision
We envision a network of resilient, self-sustaining economies across the Caribbean Basin and diaspora — where communities thrive through shared opportunity, resource efficiency, and cross-border collaboration.
By investing in people, restoring ecosystems, and enabling local production at scale, AMASS is building a model for sustainable development that can be replicated globally.
Our Approach
Multi-Region Network
We operate across multiple countries, connecting local projects to a broader system of support, capital, and coordination.
Sustainability at Scale
Our initiatives are designed for long-term environmental and economic viability, not short-term impact.
Community-Driven Development
Local participation is central — ensuring that development is inclusive, practical, and rooted in real needs.
Integrated Systems Thinking
We combine agriculture, water, energy, and industry into unified models that maximize efficiency and impact.
AMASS is building more than projects — we are building a system for sustainable economic growth across regions.
Whether you are a member, partner, or investor, you can play a role in expanding opportunity, strengthening communities, and creating lasting impact.
Join us in building a more sustainable and prosperous future — across borders.
